Sage dreimal:

اَللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَدَنِي اَللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِي سَمْعِي اَللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِي بَصَرِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالْفَقْرِ اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ

Allaahumma 'aafinee fee badanee, Allaahumma 'aafinee fee sam'ee, Allaahumma 'aafinee fee basaree, laa 'ilaaha 'illaa 'Anta. Allaahumma 'innee 'A'oodhu bika minal-kufri, wal-faqri, wa 'A'oodhu bika min 'athaabil-qabri, laa 'ilaaha 'illaa 'Anta.

O Allah, gewähre meinem Körper Gesundheit, O Allah, gewähre meinem Gehör Gesundheit, O Allah, gewähre meiner Sicht Gesundheit. Niemand hat das Recht, angebetet zu werden, außer Dir. O Allah, ich nehme Zuflucht bei Dir vor Unglauben und Armut, und ich nehme Zuflucht bei Dir vor der Strafe des Grabes. Niemand hat das Recht, angebetet zu werden, außer Dir.
