اِلْبَسْ جَدِيدًا وَعِشْ حَمِيدًا وَمُتْ شَهِيدًا

ilbas jadeedan, wa‛ish 'hameedan wa mut shaheedan

Wear anew, live commendably and die a shaheed. Narrated Ibn Umar (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) saw a white dress on Umar and said, “Is this your dress new, or does it look like it was washed?” He said, “It is rather new.” Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said - (The dua is mentioned above) Umar (RA) said, “O Messenger of Allah! I am praying the same for you.”
