The Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite more than seventy times a day:

أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوْبُ إِلَيْهِ

astaghfir-ullaaha wa atuwb 'iilayhi

I seek forgiveness of God and repent to him.
