Le Prophète (ﷺ) avait l'habitude de réciter plus de soixante-dix fois par jour :

أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوْبُ إِلَيْهِ

astaghfir-ullaaha wa atuwb 'iilayhi

Je demande pardon à Dieu et me repens à lui.
