Narrated Mu'adh Ibn Jabal (RA): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whose last words will be -

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ

Laa 'ilaaha 'illAllah

There is none worthy of worship but Allah. He will go to paradise.
