Allah says:

أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ

Annee massaniyad-durru wa Anta Arhamur-Raahimeen.

Indeed, adversity has touched me, and you are the Most Merciful of the merciful.
