The Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite more than seventy times a day:

أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوْبُ إِلَيْهِ

Astaghfirullaaha wa 'atoobu 'ilayhi

«از الله آمرزش می‌طلبم و به سوی او توبه می‌کنم.»
