بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ [اَللَّهُمَّ مِنْكَ وَلَكَ] اَللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنِّي

Bismillaahi wAllahu 'Akbar [Allaahumma minka wa laka] Allaahumma taqabbal minnee

With the Name of Allah, Allah is the Most Great! [O Allah, from You and to You] O Allah, accept it from me.
